4th Grade Field Trip

Submitted by linda.beck on Tue, 04/24/2018 - 14:04

Our 4th graders had a great time on thier field trip. They went to the Spanish Fork Sports Park.

While they were there Patrick Hogle came and talked to the students about fossils and brought rocks for them to split and were able to look for fossils. Every student got a fossil! They also painted shirts that they are going to wear for their school program. They hiked and went on a scavenger hunt along the river trail!

The students had a great time and we appreciate all those who helped to make this field trip a success!

2nd Grade Field Trip

Submitted by linda.beck on Fri, 04/13/2018 - 11:34

Second Grade had an opportunity to visit the Paleontology Museum, The Bean Museum and Farm Field Days this week. They learned about animals from long ago as well as animals that live now. At Farm Field Days they were able to learn about animals and agriculture.  This was a very informative field trip and we want to thank BYU Bean Museum for letting us visit. We would also like to thank USU, Utah County 4-H, FFA and Harward Farms for putting on Farm Field Days.
