The fifth and sixth graders at East Meadows got to participate in a virtual Freedom Walk sponsored by the American Legion. Students were given a shirt and a dog tag. Our students wrote about a relative or someone they knew that served in the different branches of the Military. They did such a great job on their reports. They were so interesting and they did such a great job.
We are so thankful for the opportunity to learn from these veterans and we thank them for their service!
