Happy Monday EM Parents,
We are in the process of bagging up all student items from desks and cubbies. The plan is to distribute them "drive-through" style on Friday, May 1 from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.(by last name). You will be able to pick up stuff for all of your children on that day. Also, we encourage you to turn in any library books or take-home books that your children are finished with on that day. If they are still reading a book, then you are welcome to hold onto it until a later date (prior to May 22). Please plan on coming on Friday or sending someone to come pick stuff up. We will be using the north drop-off/pick-up lane to do this.
To minimize traffic, will you please attempt to come during the following times, based on your last name:
A-D: 8:00-8:30
E-H: 8:30-9:00
I-L: 9:00-9:30
M-P: 9:30-10:00
Q-T: 10:00-10:30
U-Z: 10:30-11:00
Anyone that couldn't make assigned time: 11:00-12:00
I know that this time has been challenging for many of you. We appreciate all the efforts that you have put in to help your children with at-home learning. We have such an amazing community!
