East Meadows 5th graders participated in a ten week NOVA program with Officer Leifson from the Spanish Fork police force.

The mission of the N.O.V.A. Principles Foundation is:  “Nurturing youth to seek out positive Opportunities, internalize good Values, and to accept Accountability for their choices in life.”

N.O.V.A. was designed to provide a resource to children, families, and communities to fight against harmful influences, while providing guidance toward positive opportunities and values.

GRINCHMAS was going strong in second grade today! From Who pudding to masks to photo ops with the Grinch! 

The following students were chosen as Students of the Month for November because they exemplified the character trait of INTEGRITY.  Congratulations to the following students:

Through our Penny Wars Charitable Giving Fundraiser, students and staff at East Meadows were able to raise and donate $3,296.57 to the Nebo Credit Union Warm the Soles program. Each year, Warm the Soles provides hundreds of pairs of shoes for students in need across the district. The East Meadows Student Council presented a check for the funds raised at our Mustang Pride Assembly on December 2nd.
