Kindergarten Celebrates Dr. Seuss' Birthday!

The Kindergarten classes celebrated Dr. Seuss’ birthday the week of March 3-7, 2014.  They participated in many fun activities.  They dressed as their favorite character, made and wore Cat in the Hat hat’s, had a crazy sock day, and read many of Dr. Seuss’ classic books. Theodor Geisel or better known as, Dr. Seuss the beloved children’s book author, was born March 4, 1904. He would have been 110 years old this year.  All across America schools and children celebrate his life and writings by focusing activities around his birthday.   In honor of his birthday here are some of his most loved quotes, courtesy of Parade:
