"One magical princess, one young mine laborer and one army of menacing goblins: the scene is set for a work that influenced J.R.R. Tolkien to write about the battle for Middle Earth and for C.S. Lewis to write about the imaginary world of Narnia," stated the UVU Review.  The Utah Valley Theater presented "The Princess and the Goblin" to students and staff at East Meadows Elementary on November 10, 2011.  This fun and classical play portrayed such things as bravery, honor and believing in oneself.  Our students had a great time being entertained by 4 actors and 4 of our very own students.  The play consisted of 4 live characters and several puppets.  There were approximately 11 characters portrayed throughout the play.  Thank You UVU theater for sharing such a fun assembly.
