Sixth Graders Visit Spanish Fork Junior High

East Meadows sixth graders joined the Lobos at Spanish Fork Junior High (SFJH) on Friday, March 02. The students were welcomed by the SFJH Student Council, Assistant Principal Mark Bake and Assistant David Huff. The students also met Counselors Cheryl Brown, Todd Jackson and Dylan Dewey. They enjoyed listening to the band, orchestra, choir and touring the school. Among other things, the new seventh-grade students can look forward to getting lockers, having lots of teachers, choosing elective classes and especially pack time. Pack time offers opportunities for students earning good grades to do something fun four times a week. Other students can get extra help from teachers and catch up on assignments. East Meadows wishes to thank Spanish Fork Junior High for rolling out the welcome mat to our wonderful sixth-grade students.
