East Meadows started off the school year with Mustang Week! Mustang week is a school spirit week where the students and staff get to enjoy some fun activities while getting to know one another and supporting the yearly theme. The theme for the school year is “East Meadows ROCKS!” The week started off with a grade-level art project depicting the theme. Tuesday was a school wide family swims party at the Spanish Fork Swimming Pool. Wednesday was crazy shoe and sock day. Thursday was a field day outside on the grass. And Friday the students enjoyed a trampoline assembly teaching them about taking care of their bodies. It was a great kick-off to a great new year. Let’s make East Meadow’s “ROCK” this year!
