East Meadows Elementary has been participating in the GAINS Program
Growin Arts In Nebo Schools
Each year a Fine Arts Specialist works with the teachers of East Meadows Elementary to help integrate the arts into the classroom curriculum. This year we have a DANCE specialist working at our school.
Human movement develops neural networks and memory. When dancing to learn, both halves of the brain are engaged and higher-order thinking skills are supported.
