East Meadows held their annual Science Fair, Wednesday, January 28, 2015. The 5th and 6th grade students have been learning about science and were able to pick a science project and display it for the fair. Many hours go in to preparing a Science Fair project. It is a good way for the students to implement the Scientific Method. The students choose a topic and form a hypothesis. Then they get to conduct the experiment and find out if their hypothesis was correct or not. They prepare an oral presentation and build a display board. Thank you to all the parents who helped their student prepare and offered encouragement throughout the process.
