The Bean Museum at Brigham Young University brought their reptile show to the 2nd graders at East Meadows.  The 2nd grade students have been learning about different types of animals.  The museum brought a turtle, a lizard, and a snake, named cuddles.  The presenter talked about the characteristics of reptiles.  The students learned about different habitats and dangers of these kinds of animals.   They even learned that when a reptile sticks out its tongue it is really smelling what is around it.
