Our 4th grade students had a great time at Camp Floyd in Fairfield.
They learned about the Pony Express, how to make candles and bricks. They were taught what it was like to have a military drill.
There was a Pioneer school house there and the students enjoyed seeing what it was like to attend school back in the day.
The students had a great time! We have awesome students and staff at East Meadows!

Our 2nd - 6th graders went to UVU on Friday for a campus tour. After their tour and lunch they attended a UVU Women's Soccer game.
The weather held out for them until the very end! They all seemed to have a great time!

We had such a fun night at our Fall Social! There was a ton of great food! Our Principal was an awesome chef and cooked hamburgers and hot dogs. We enjoyed a night socializing with each other and their families. We had corn hole, volley ball and a wicked game of Bingo!
It was a fun night! We appreciate Mr. Duncan and all he does for our school to make it such a great place to be!

Our 5th grades students had Colonial Day last Friday. They had different stations they went to and learned so many fun things.
They made "Jonny Cakes" made candles, punched tin designs and played Colonial games. They also learned a Colonial Dance.

Our 6th graders had a fun week last week, they had their Greek Olympic Day! They played games that were similar to the Olympics such as long jump, javelin throw, discuss throw, jumped hurdles and did the long jump.
They learned about the Greek Gods and Goddesses and made posters of some of their favorites. They also learned about the Greek architecture and made Greek colums.
Our Sixth graders really enjoy this unit of study!
