There were many fun costumes to be seen at our Halloween Parade on October 31, 2014. The students and teachers paraded around the block to show off their costumes to parents, grand-parents and siblings. We would like to thank all the PTA volunteers who helped with class parties that day!
If you walked down the second-grade hallways last week you saw many creative Halloween pumpkins. Each student brought home a pumpkin from their field trip that they decorated over the weekend and brought to display for the week of Halloween. Thank you students and the many parents who helped to make this a fun activity.
The second grade enjoyed a fall field trip on Thursday, October 23. They walked the Provo River Trail and explored Bridal Veil Falls. Then they went to the BYU Bean Museum. They finished up their day at Jaker's Pumpkins Patch. They each got to pick a pumpkin to take home and decorate to bring back to display in the halls the following week.
